Huawei P40 Lite 128GB: Overview

Huawei launched the Huawei P40 Lite 128GB in March 2020. The phone flaunts elegance in Black, Emerald Green, and Light Pink/Blue.

Body:

Huawei P40 Lite 128GB has a dimension of 159.2 x 76.3 x 8.7 mm. It weighs about 183 grams with the plastic frame. The phone has Glass on the front and plastic on the back. The device is not IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30 mins).

Display:

The display system has a 6.4 inches LTPS IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, which supports 16 M color depth. You can almost not feel the bezels with a 83.5% screen-to-body ratio. There is 1080 x 2310 pixels resolution on the display system with an aspect ratio of 20:9. You will enjoy the 398PPI density.

Platform:

Huawei P40 Lite 128GB operates on an Android 10.0 with EMUI 10 on top. You don not get Google Play Services pre installed. Kirin 810 (7 nm) chipset and Octa-core (2×2.27 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×1.88 GHz Cortex-A55) go well with Mali-G52 MP6. You get 128GB UFS 2.1 with a 6GB RAM for your files and applications. The internal storage is expandable with a dedicated card slot.

Camera:

Huawei P40 Lite 128GB has a quad-camera system that includes 48 MP wide, 8 MP ultrawide, 2 MP macro, and 2 depth cameras. You can shoot up to 1080p videos up to 30 fps with the rear camera system. The videos will not get Stereo support in the sound records. You also get a 16 MP on the front camera with HDR support. The camera can shoot up to 1080p videos at 30 fps without gyro-EIS support.

Battery & Sound:

Huawei P40 Lite 128GB has a Non-removable Li-Ion 4200 mAh battery. The battery system supports Fast battery charging 40W. You can charge your phone up to 70% in 30 min. There are loudspeakers on the phone that do not have stereo support. You get high-quality sound with 32-bit/384kHz audio output but do get a 3.5 mm jack port for external sound devices.
